Waves of Time

“You cannot guess what the next wave will be like as you stand at the shallow edge of the ocean. You can hope for a great wave so that you can surf or hope for a small one just to splash at your feet. You must wait to see what comes and prepare for the next wave train. You cannot control the waves, but you can watch them roll in, confidant that you will be ready for any degree of force that the wave brings.

Although you do not know your future, you can always pray for God to prepare you for whatever the day may bring…

Rejoice at the splashes of blessings, and try to stay afloat during the tidal waves of life. Trust God will give you His best. And be sure that He will equip you to survive the thrashing waves that will occasionally come your way. Remain hopeful as you encounter wave after wave, remembering the waves you have conquered in your past.” (Hope)
