Good Morning
“Morning. It’s the time to get up, get ready, and begin your day. It’s the starting point of the day. And it’s also a wonderful time to rest. Yes, you did just wake up, and yes, you have a million things to do . But if you begin your day with a rested spirit, the remainder of your day will be more likely to be restful too.
Savor the morning. Take a moment to slowly breathe in and out. Yawn and stretch and open the curtains. Enjoy the sunrise. Sit with your Bible and your coffee and find respite and relief in the promises of your Lord. Let your mind be filled with joy for the day . Before the demands begin, before cars are started, traffic is jammed, and patience is running thin, enjoy these quiet moments of the morning…” (Rest)
