Ice Cream, Ice Cream, We All Scream For Ice Cream!!
One of the things I have discovered about Canada, is they have a lot of homemade ice cream shoppes!! I think it is because of so many farms.
Today I had from the top down the following flavors of ice cream as recorded by the scooper, all for Five Canadian Dollars.
Today we traveled from Campobella to St Stephen to cross the border for the second time. Neither place did they ask what food we were bringing into Canada. I had purposely left the cellophane wrappers on my Isagenix shakes so I could bring them in.
We then drove to St John where we shopped at the famous fresh food market. I bought my fruit to have for my suppers and we bought 10 large scallops to sear in butter with garlic powder for one of our joint meals.
We made ham and cheese sandwiches in the parking lot of the Sussex Information Center and that is where I had the ice cream. (I had a most vivid nightmare early this morning about teaching, and wonder if that is God telling me to not have ice cream.)
We continued on to Fundy National Park where we spent the night. The gift shop cashier lived in Branchburg for 8 years while I was living for 25!!
Today we are headed for Hopewell rocks where the tides reverse each other and we can walk on the ocean floor.
