It is Your Choice
“…A minute is short, so the minutes of your life should be spent on hope and not wasted in anger. Someone’s words or actions may have upset you. The choice is yours. You can choose to relax and let go of the tension that anger brings. Or you can allow the anger to keep you tied up in knots. The best response is to choose to forgive the person.
Although anger seems right because of the hurt, it is not beneficial to those involved. God’s Word offers insight on how to deal with these situations. It also helps you to see the end of some dark paths so you can avoid them.
Do not fill the minutes with anger. Spread kindness, and you will find that kindness will be returned.
Dear Father, each minute is a precious gift that You have given to every living being. Help me to be the one who chooses to spend each minute sharing joy and kindness. Amen” (Hope)
