Refresh Your Hope
“…If you have neglected spending time with God or have felt isolated from people, you may feel sluggish, may no longer be in tune with your hopes, and may not be performing at your best…
Psalm 90 masterfully guides the reader to understand the brevity of life. Included in each lifetime are times of struggle and sorrow. But the psalmist understood the power of God to tune up our sad hearts . He did not want to live all his days in a state of despair.
Therefore, the psalmist called on God to bring loving satisfaction so that he could rejoice. When you are distressed, give yourself a break to refresh with God’s Word, prayer, and rest. A little extra care for your soul from God is necessary.. He loves you and will help you return to a better condition so that you can continue pursuing your hopes…” (Hope)
